(Video) Nicki Minaj Best Principal Ever??

Nicki Minaj and her new hair bob joined MTV’s Sway and surprised the students at Collins Academy High School on Chicago’s West Side by showing up and serving as principal for a day. She handed out $10,000 scholarships, helped teach a freshman English class, and held an all-school assembly talking about her youth and the importance of education, and fielding questions from the students.


Nicki Minaj participated in the Get MotivatED Challenge, an initiative of the Get Schooled foundation that is attempting to use media, technology and pop culture to drive up attendance rates at schools around the country.
Collins was awarded with a visit from Minaj after increasing its attendance rates by 7 percent fo the six weeks of the Get MotivatED challenge. It now stands at 92 percent, one of the highest in the city.
