Nicki Minaj Causes Unexpected "Tragedy" For Lil Kim, "It Must Hurt To Sell Your Album Off PayPal" [Audio]

Young Money's Nicki Minaj is far from reaching a truce with Lil Kim and has now unleashed a new record called "Tragedy" taking multiple shots at the rap veteran's career. A snippet of her track hit the Internet late Friday (April 1) night. "Eh yo, Pink Friday, Eminem, 8 Mile," Nicki raps, "It must hurt to sell your album off PayPal/Especially when you're in the game, 15-20/You was hot when Shaq's team dubbed up with Penny/Man, you was 'Magic', I mean/Look at you now, h*e, you're just tragic/You a tragedy, you a parody/Last name Ann, first name Raggedy/These goofy b*tches is stupidity personified..." ("Tragedy") According to reports, the track comes from the hands of a producer named Hit-Boy. Just when you thought it was over, Nicki Minaj swings back at Lil' Kim on a new diss record. A snippet of the unfinished track made its way to Funkmaster Flex, who reports that it may end up on Lil Wayne's Tha Carter IV. This time, the Young Money Barbie doesn't beat around the bush, taking direct shots at the Queen Bee. Hit-Boy confirms that he produced the marching beat and that the final version will also feature production from Boi-1da. It will go by a title other than "Tragedy" in its final form. (Rap-Up) Last February, Kim talked about the success of her Black Friday retail mixtape's PayPal sales. "Thanks to you guys!! #lilkimblackfridaymixtape sold 113,000 copies in 28 hours which made me the #1 seller on paypal ever =) !!! THANK U! RT," she tweeted February 15th. "Sorry 4 the link issue too many hits shut the paypal system DOWN! LOL. We BACK #LilKimBlackFridayMixtape Buy Now! ---> http://bit.ly/gLIYa6" (Lil Kim's Twitter) In November, Nicki turned heads after dropping her subliminal "Roman's Revenge" on Kim. It looks like listeners were right all along. While interviewing with Angie Martinez during Hot 97's VIP Lounge earlier today (November 19), Nicki Minaj finally admitted the target for her collaboration with Eminem, "Roman's Revenge" is in fact Lil' Kim. "You gotta be careful when you pick fights," Minaj said, referring to the Queen Bee. "That's what I've learned in this business. I think people mistake me for a real Barbie and forget where I'm from. They forget where I'm from. And if I have to revert back, I can and I will." (XXL Mag)

50 Cent Calls Out Lloyd Banks & Tony Yayo, "F*ck The Group N*gga!" [Audio]

Rap star 50 Cent has turned a few heads with the release of his new "I'm All Turnt Up" freestyle by calling out G-Unit Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo at the end of track. While known for making controversial remarks on wax, 50 leaves listeners wondering whether or not his shots at G-Unit are serious or merely jokes. "N*ggas see me, ask me where Lloyd Banks at," 50 says at the end of the track, "N*gga, I don't know where the f*ck that little n*gga at. I ain't heard from him. F*ck Yayo too, I'm on some new sh*t. F*ck the group n*gga! I'm gonna introduce you to my new n*gga. Uh. It's '11. I figured out what's the matter with this sh*t. It ain't me, it's these n*ggas. It's the Roc. I'm on my Jay-Z sh*t. Nah, nah, f*ck the group man! I'm on my bossin' sh*t. I'm all the way to the top god d*mn it. Yeah." ("I'm All Turnt Up") 50 released the new freestyle track on April Fool's Day. "14 out of 14 new freestyle check it out!!http://youtu.be/KfiGKBK7ZCo?hd=1," he tweeted April 1st. (50 Cent's Twitter) Known for being a jokester, 50 pranked Lloyd Banks at an Eminem concert last year. "Did you say something to somebody about you didn't want [Em] on the record," 50 questioned Banks to which the rapper responded, "Why would I say that? To who?" "That's what was being said from [Em's manager] Paul [Rosenberg]. Man, this sh*t is getting crazy. I'm gonna be straight up with you, all right? I think this sh*t is getting a little funny between me, you and [Tony] Yayo and everything else that's going on because look at how crazy it is actually getting him to rap on your record and I don't understand what's going on anymore. I don't know, when I talked to Paul, Paul pulled me to the side and he's talking to me like, 'Yo, what's going on? Why you don't want Em? Are you kidding me? He's the biggest rapper, you can't get any bigger.'" (This Is 50) Banks later came forward and shared his post-prank reaction. "I was tight," Banks admitted about being pranked by 50 and Em. "I didn't really see the humor in it because just in the industry, I've been through similar situations, miscommunications and things like that. Plus, it was crunch time and I was waiting for my time to holler at him [for Hunger For More 2] -- I just wasn't digging that man. They sold me out, brought the plaque out and I'm like, 'D*mn, if I get a plaque, prank me.'" ("Sucker Free")

Nicki Minaj/Lil Kim Feud Ends, "They Agreed To Squash It At The Show Tonight"

After months of hurled interview disses and on-wax retorts, SOHH has learned Nicki Minaj and Lil Kim's publicized rap war will cease fire at tonight's "I Am Music II" concert in Chicago. According to a rep from Kim's camp, the two rapstresses agreed that calling a truce would benefit them both. "Their beef was taken out of context at the end of the day," the source told SOHH. "Sh*t got ugly, yeah, but it was on both sides. Nicki had been getting at her when she was still on the come up and so Kim had to defend her legacy. It's rap competition, really. Kim knows she's a trailblazer for all females rappers [who came after her]. But they have always respected each other, beefing or not...A meeting took place after [the 'I Am Music II' tour stop in] Buffalo [last month] and both sides agreed to get money. I had reached out to [Baby's brother] Slim and he convinced Nicki to meet face-to-face with us." (SOHH) It is speculated that Minaj will close tonight's show with an appearance by the Queen Bee, proving that their peace talks were legit. "They agreed to squash it at the show tonight," the source promised. "It's gonna be like when Jay-Z did that Power 105.1 show and brought out Nas [in 2005]. Same sh*t. It's gonna be a big look for them. They might perform a couple songs too, like "Queen B*tch" but it's gonna be bigger than tonight. Wait and see." (SOHH) In February, Kim talked about what it would take to collaborate with Minaj. "The only way that's gonna happen is it's definitely gonna take a check. At the end of the day, I'm a boss. I was a hustler before I was an entertainer. What I mean by that is, I love music--love, love, love music. I love entertaining, I love being in the industry, but the truth of the matter is if music and the industry didn't bring me money, this would not be my first occupation. I also am a businesswoman and I know that living life, you have to eat. If the industry was designed where you didn't make money from it, it was just music to produce, I would still do it, but it wouldn't be my first occupation." (Rap-Up) Around late November, Minaj spoke with radio personality Angie Martinez about Kim being a rap bully. "It's one of those moments where you say, 'don't play with me,' because I respect you, I love you, I've said it in every interview time and time again, and if that's not good enough with you mama, then it's something deep rooted in you. Something is bothering you inside. That's your insecurity bothering you. [If] it's not Nicki Minaj, it would have been any girl that started poppin'. She picked a fight with Foxy [Brown], then she picked a fight with Eve, then she picked a fight with Remy [Ma], then it was Ms. [Voletta] Wallace, then it was Nicki Minaj. Every time you in the news is 'cause you gettin' at somebody. Where's your music? Put your music out. When I see your name on Billboard, that's when I'll respond to you. Other than that, goodbye." Rihanna Reveals Sexual Fantasies, "I Like To Be Spanked"

Grammy-winning singer Rihanna opens up about her sexual fantasies and appreciating a male lover who knows how to take charge under the sheets in the new issue of Rolling Stone
Based on excerpts from her feature, RiRi does not hold back when it comes to explicit topics. "Being submissive in the bedroom is really fun. You get to be a little lady, to have somebody be macho and in charge of your sh*t. That's fun to me...I like to be spanked. Being tied up is fun. I like to keep it spontaneous. Sometimes whips and chains can be overly planned - you gotta stop, get the whip from the drawer downstairs. I'd rather have him use his hands." (Rolling Stone) She also reflected on the impact of child abuse on her current sexual appetite. "I think I'm a bit masochistic and I did not realize it until recently. I think that is common in people who witnessed abuse in their childhood." (Rolling Stone) Earlier this year, RiRi showcased some sexuality in her explicit "S&M" music video. The diva is back with her new single S&M - and the video is so steamy, it's already been banned from 11 countries and counting. The vid features 22-year-old RiRi, writhing around in white latex ("with lube", she says), sucking a banana ("I made 'em give me a spit bucket in between takes"), wearing bondage gear and simulates sex with a lifesize doll. And the words to the song are just as dirty as the images. "Sex in the air, I don't care, I love the smell of it," she sings. "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but chains and whips excite me." Oo-er! Southern Asian countries immediately banned it. (Mirror) When asked about singers like RiRi and Keri Hilson expressing their sexuality in music videos, R&B hitmaker Lloyd told SOHH it was all natural. "Yeah man, it's good," Lloyd told SOHH about Rihanna and Keri Hilson's racy videos. "I mean, I don't even think they're spicy I just think that for a long time [the music industry] has mostly been controlled by us, the young people. I mean, the biggest names in R&B right now are probably all under the age of 25 or right there at 25. I just think what you're seeing is people growing up and exploring our sexualities on-camera and expressing themselves, you know. Not in a negative way, even though it may be offensive to some people, it's not negative. It's just an expression of what's art. I think it's always been controversial even in these times

Kid Cudi Quits Smoking Weed

Kid Cudi’s on the road to recovery. Earlier today on his tumblr page, Cudder says that he’s finally rolled his last joint. Great, now let’s all have a coke and a smile. Just kidding. I dont smoke weed anymore. Ill leave it to the kids. Im 27 with a business to run and i need to be alert and focused with my mind strong. For those who still get it on, smoke one in my memory as your favorite lonely stoner. This is not a joke. I know most of you wanna see me all drugged out and fucked up and i know misery loves company, but im sorry those days are over. I had a good run, Amsterdam and all. Im happy being sober. Im happy being a new me. Giva fuck who thinks of me different, you didnt care about me in the first place if you cant be proud and happy for me for growing and starting a new chapter. Im not your puppet or your tap dancing drug addict here to be your miserable muse, i always made music for me to help myself find understanding. I have finally learned from the words in my songs. I love who loves me and who really cares about me. Learn from this, theres always light at the end of the tunnel. Hell does have an exit, and i found it. For those who are looking for a way out, i left the door open, and ill be waiting for whoever wants to grow with me. Peace and Love, Cudi
