Billy Blue Speaks on Brisco
As the authorities seek Opa-Locka, Florida rapper Brisco for assault, his Poe Boy label mate Billy Blue has come forward to deny the assault charges, claiming the rapper was out of the country when the incident in question occurred.
Brisco, born British Alexander Mitchell, is accused of attacking an 18-year-old man named Giovanni Nagy during an altercation on June 30th, in a North Miami condominium complex.
The rapper allegedly beat Nagy so severely that he was knocked unconscious and sent to the hospital with serious injuries.
Brisco is accused of fleeing the scene in a white Range Rover.
AllHipHop.com's Mikey T the Movie Star caught up with Billy Blue today (July 8th), shortly after the news broke about his good friend's predicament.
“He didn't do it man he was with me in Haiti,” Billy Blue told AllHipHop.com. “The guy is lying. He must've knocked himself out. Everybody wants to make a check man."
Brisco, who's worked with artists like Flo Rida, Rick Ross, Lil Wayne and others, is still at large as of press time.

Lil B's Epic Fail? Jesus Laughs Last?
LIL B SELLS 1,700 UNITS
Now, I see why Lil B gave away his album on Twitter. It wasn't some weirdo gesture of music industry rebellion. Dude was actually putting together some sort of excuse for why his album was flopping! We didn't know it was flopping, but we certainly can track sales these days. When all the dust and HYPE settled, Lil B moved 1,700 units. Now, I say this because dude supposedly has millions of fans and is the darling of the media. AHH didn't even interview him, he was so busy promoting "I'm Gay," his new "happy" album. All that and he only sells 1,700. Jesus won.
By the way, I'm not hating. I'm just saying. This is a candidate for Epic Fail of the Day.
This is what started it all off for me knowing who Lil B was:

Jay-Z Watch The Throne Listening
With Kanye in Paris, Hov held a private listening session for Watch The Throne last night in NYC. Peep, YN’s faux hawk in the far right corner? Ha!
According to Billboard, Jay played 11 tracks. Odd Future’s Frank Ocean is featured on two. As of now, there’s no release date for the project.
Hov says it took three stages for the album to be completed. Some records were even scrapped for being too grandiose. The process stretched three continents (Australia, NY, LA, Paris) with him and Ye recording entirely together. He prefers not to release a traditional single, but hopes to shoot a video for the Beyonce-featured track, “Lift Off”.
Jay also revealed that he’s already two tracks in for his next solo album. One of them will also feature Frank Ocean.

2Pac’s Greatest Hits Goes Diamond
It took 13 years, but last month, 2Pac’s Greatest Hits earned a diamond certification. Pac now joins MC Hammer, Notorious B.I.G., OutKast, and Eminem as the only rappers to crack the 10 million mark domestically. 21 gun salute!
heads up: fsd
