“We have an EP coming on Black Friday,” Havoc said, referring to November 25, the beginning of the holiday shopping season. “We didn’t come up with a title yet, but we’ll have a title that will mean something. Kid cudi covers complex mag

Cudder returns to the cover of Complex for their October/November 2011 issue. Mag occupies newsstands October 4th, but the entire thing is available to read now. Excerpt from the cover story below.

Is that drug hangover why you disappeared after you released your second album?
I wanted to clear my head, besides detox. I had to look at the root of the whole problem, and that was work and the business.

How so?
I wasn’t trying to hear it from nobody. I’m not even going to attack the people in my life that didn’t step in and try to stop it, ’cause I was just so bullheaded. There’s no way to slow somebody when they’re speeding down a path of destruction.

I thought I was dealing with it in the proper way. I was in the moment. And when you’re that young, with that opportunity, all that money, and all that respect and power, sometimes you run with it. ’Cause I was like, “Man, you don’t know if this shit’s gon’ be here tomorrow.”

The Tweet That Made Ray J Punch Fabolous In The Face

R Kelly sees chris brown trey songz as potential successors

R. Kelly made a rare appearance during the close of New York Fashion Week. Kellz suited up and had the well-dressed crowd sweating to his R&B jams during ARISE Magazine’s Made in Africa fashion show after-party at the Jumeirah Essex House in New York City.

“All I can say is R muthercking Kelly. If you weren’t at the Essex house for the Arise Mag party, you missed a legendary affair,” tweeted DJ Cassidy. “When R Kelly joined me on stage and we ran through classics, people didn’t know what to do with themselves.”

The R&B veteran, who just announced the title of his next album Black Panties, is not slowing down anytime soon. But when asked who he sees as potential heirs to his musical throne, he named Trey Songz and Chris Brown.

While he and Trey may have had their differences in the past, Kellz still gave the “Bottoms Up” singer props. “Trey Songz is a guy that if he keeps with the hits and he humbles himself a little more, he will definitely be one of the runner-ups,” he told WGCI Chicago’s “Tony Sculfield & The Morning Riot.”

He had more flattering words to say about Breezy, who he took under his wing when he was a teen. “Chris Brown is already there,” he said. “He’s a humble guy. I got the utmost respect for Chris Brown. My hat goes off to him because he got in the studio, he did what he was supposed to do, and he bounced back like round ball.”

Cassie goes street for on l106&park

Cassie resumed her hosting gig on “106 & Park,” filling in for Rocsi on Freestyle Friday. The “Me & U” singer, who will release her new album early next year, kept it casual yet chic in red sweats, a cropped white tee over a black bra, and Jesus piece, with her shaved head in cornrows. Terrence J tried to impress her with his best pick-up lines (and fell short), and she answered Twitter questions, sharing her favorite part of her career, advice for young models, and favorite thing to cook

Witch female singer was spotted goin threw LAX

CHRIS BROWN RAP UP NEVER SEEN PHOTOSHOOT

Chris Brown gets photo shoot fresh in these never-before-seen Polaroids from his Rap-Up shoot from December 2009. The images, photographed by Gavin Thomas, were taken the same day the “Look at Me Now” singer released his third album Graffiti. Breezy modeled high-end wintery fashions and thick-rimmed glasses as he posed in a penthouse suite overlooking New York City’s Lower East Side. Swag

50cent celebrates boxing victory with floyd mayweather

Floyd Mayweather walked in the ring with 50 Cent and they both walked out richer. The rap mogul was by the undefeated champ’s side as he knocked out Victor Ortiz in the controversial WBC Welterweight fight in Las Vegas last night.

“What’s all the ca motion oh THE MONEY TEAM. Its just another victory. LMAO,” tweeted a victorious 50.

Mayweather, who made at least $25 million off the win, gave his friend a shiny new Hublot watch as a gift. “Look what my boy @FloydMayweather got for me. Cool its called king power SK,” he wrote.

50 wasn’t the only rapper collecting off the win. Birdman reportedly bet $1 million on Mayweather and celebrated his payout with Lil Wayne at the Hard Rock Hotel.

beyonce struts down the runway at house of dereon show

Following her appearance at New York Fashion Week, Beyoncé traveled across the pond to debut the House of Deréon Autumn/Winter “Global Nomad” collection at Selfridges during London Fashion Week on Saturday. Familiar U.K. faces including Chipmunk, Ellie Goulding, Alexandra Burke, and Roc Nation’s Rita Ora grabbed front row seats as models strutted down the catwalk in tribal-inspired designs.

At the end of the presentation, B and her mother/design partner Tina Knowles held hands and hit the runway as a remix of “Run the World (Girls)” played and cheers erupted. The pregnant singer shimmered in a black sequined suit, platform heels, and gold accessories.

The busy mom-to-be will fly back to the U.S. for a meet and greet with fans at her Pulse fragrance launch at Macy’s Herald Square in New York on September 22.

ludacris climbs the great wall of china

Ludacris has won Grammys, starred in an Oscar-winning film, and now he can add another accomplishment to his list. The “How Low” hitmaker climbed the historic Great Wall of China during his recent trip to Beijing and Shanghai.

“I CLIMBED THE GREAT WALL OF CHINA!!! KNOCK IT OFF MY BUCKET LIST!! OR AS I CALL IT MY FUCK IT LIST!!” he tweeted.

Luda is prepping his mixtape 1.21 Gigawatts, featuring the Waka Flocka Flame-assisted “Rich & Flexin’,” for release on October 12. He recently reunited with The Neptunes to work on his eighth studio album Ludaversal, due next year.

TONI BRAXTON, JUSTIN BIEBER HONORED AT GEORGIA MUSIC HALL OF FAME

Georgia’s finest were honored at the 33rd Annual Georgia Music Hall of Fame Awards at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta last night. A sparkly-suit wearing Usher and his protégé Justin Bieber were on hand to present their vocal coach, Jan Smith, with the Chairman’s Award, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The teen sensation, nicknamed Jellybean by Smith, also picked up the Horizon Award in recognition of his achievements.

The stunning Toni Braxton showed no signs of age as she was inducted by Gov. Nathan Deal after her sisters allegedly bailed on their scheduled performance (look for the drama to unfold on next season’s “Braxton Family Values”). The “Un-Break My Heart” singer, who was born in Maryland and moved Atlanta in the ‘90s, showed her appreciation by singing a line from “Georgia on My Mind.”

Bieber performed an acoustic medley of hits including Matchbox Twenty’s “3 A.M.,” Usher’s “U Got It Bad,” and his own “Baby,” as the young girls in the audience shrieked with delight.

kelis parades at london fashion week

It was not hard to spot Kelis at London Fashion Week. The dance diva bounced from show to show, changing more than six times in two days. The fashion chameleon unleashed her wild side in a leopard-print dress at the Roberto Cavalli boutique opening, switching into a metallic number for her performance. She paid homage to the late designer Alexander McQueen in a “RIP McQ” T-shirt and donned plaid pants and a busty red top at the LOOK fashion show
