Harlem,
New York rapper Jim Jones could be heading to trial over a simple
suspended license charge, after he was arrested for driving in March.
According to reports, the rapper turned down a plea deal yesterday in
hopes of getting the misdemeanor offenses down to a simple violation.
Jim Jones was busted in Soho on March 30th, when police stopped the rapper for driving his Bentley in a bus lane on Broadway.
If Jim is convicted of the offense, he faces up to 30 days in jail.
